Prohibition Texas welcomes local Houstonian Belinda Lara as General Manager, Gin Master and Craft Mixologist.
She has bartended for 11 years throughout Houston at top notch establishments such as The Refuge, Landry's, Sky Bar, Next Door Bar, Post Oak Grill and Grotto.
She started training in craft bartending and mixology 5 years ago and

She started training in craft bartending and mixology 5 years ago and sets her bar apart by using boutique and premium liquors. She also incorporates fresh juices, fruit, herbs and unique ingredients. Creating and Composing flavor infused spirits and cocktails to satisfy every taste profile.
Her areas of interest include taking traditional cocktails and adding modern techniques to create a flavorful twist to a classic taste.
